Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dddjili ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dddjili website, mobile platform, games, services, and all related content available at dddjili.bio (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

dddjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the dddjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of dddjili or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or licensed game providers.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by dddjili or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.
• You must not have had a previous dddjili account suspended or permanently closed for a Terms violation.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. dddjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the dddjili Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the dddjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dddjili reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with the individual;
• Void any pending bets or wagers placed across those accounts;
• Forfeit all bonus balances, free spins, and promotional credits; and
• Withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. dddjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify dddjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. dddjili reserves the right to require you to change your password or take other security measures at any time.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

dddjili is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any stage, including a valid government-issued ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or similar), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

dddjili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is legally registered in your own name. dddjili will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from a third-party source may be refunded and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. dddjili aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment provider.

dddjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the dddjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player and are governed by your payment provider's terms.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring all deposit and withdrawal details you provide are accurate. dddjili accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect payment details submitted by the Player. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or foreign exchange costs incurred in connection with transactions are solely the Player's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dddjili offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bonus conversion limits, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each Promotion on the Platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages vary by Promotion and are clearly stated in the respective Promotion's terms. Bets placed with bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dddjili maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following are examples of conduct that constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once;
• Using low-variance or minimal-risk betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements while minimising risk exposure;
• Coordinating with other Players to hedge bets using bonus funds;
• Claiming Promotions using payment methods not permitted under the relevant Promotion's terms.

Where bonus abuse is detected, dddjili reserves the right to void any bonus balance, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.4 Promotion Availability

dddjili reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only and may be subject to geographic restrictions. Players who have opted into a Promotion at the time of any amendment retain their rights under the terms as they existed at the time of opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the dddjili Platform operates according to its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

All games on dddjili employ certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested to ensure fair, unpredictable, and tamper-proof outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed within the game information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on dddjili's server, the server-side record shall be deemed definitive and final. Technical malfunctions void all affected pays and plays. dddjili reserves the right to void any game result where there is evidence of a software error, communications failure, or any other technical fault that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dddjili Platform:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or any game;
2. Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through software exploits, game glitches, or any form of cheating;
3. Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
4. Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
5. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
6. Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing dddjili staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel;
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
9. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without written authorisation from dddjili;
10. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dddjili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, sounds, music, video clips, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of dddjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Download, copy, or cache any Platform content other than as incidental to normal browsing;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose or public display;
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

The dddjili name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of dddjili. You are not permitted to use any dddjili trademark without prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

dddjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dddjili implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and segregated data storage systems.

dddjili does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or regulation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dddjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical error, system failure, or communications disruption beyond dddjili's reasonable control;

• Any decision you make based on information displayed on the Platform;

In all circumstances, dddjili's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dddjili account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes dddjili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

dddjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help Players stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered dddjili Players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your dddjili account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, dddjili will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account. Bonus balances and promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by dddjili

dddjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• dddjili reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• You are found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency directs dddjili to do so;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by dddjili due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. dddjili will notify you of the closure and the reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You and dddjili agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation. For Players based in the Philippines, this means disputes may be referred to the appropriate regional trial court or quasi-judicial body with competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
